Below is the recording from the morning meditation practice from Thursday, March 23rd.
A meditation on the fourth gate, touch.
We begin with a short talk on Kapalabhati breath and Mudra in the introduction. It can be easy to get swept up in the sound of the motions in Kapalabhati practice, we take a moment to explore the passive inhale. Draw the navel back with vigor, let it go and a natural passive inhale will enter. The more passive on the inhale the more Prana and an energetic circulation occurs through the body.
Touch, Mudra, breath; we leverage these tools to make a bridge.
Also, for the teachers, please be mindful to fully integrate the practices before teaching them yourself. I suggest a minimum of one year of dedicated practice before guiding others into the full practice. Thank you for your care and consideration.
Thank you
