Thank you for your interest in joining DHARANA. Our intention for having you fill out this Request to Attend is to ensure that the immersive nature of The Eightfold Path retreat is the right fit for you and to help us gain clarity about who is in the room and better understand their level of experience and embodiment.

We are requesting this out of a deep respect for the depth of the offering and in service to everyone considering attending. It also helps us to successfully create a safe and stable environment for the collective to step into the profound nature of this program.

Your answers are confidential and will be held with integrity and respect. Should there be any question you don’t want to answer or feel uncomfortable sharing details about, you may note so in your response.

As soon as we have reviewed your submission, we will be in touch with the next steps. Should we feel that the retreat might not be the right fit, we will take the time and care to communicate our reasoning and welcome a conversation.

Have you practiced with Kevin Courtney at either a workshop, an Eightfold Path retreat, IG meditation, Gaia, The Class Retreatment, a conference or festival, or in-person class? If so, where and when?

Have you had the opportunity to practice with Natalie Kuhn, Erin Rose Ward, or Kate Shela? If so, please let us know where and when.

Please give us a brief background of embodiment practices you have experience with. For example; yoga, dance, tai chi, qi gong, running, rock climbing etc.

Choose any one of those practices and in a few sentences, explain how this practice has served to help you better understand your mind-body connection.

Identify an insight you’ve gained from that understanding and give an example of how you might have applied it in your life.
